We are more than just a betting platform. u99 is a community of sports and gaming enthusiasts who share the same passion — to have fun, play smart, and win together.
U99 started with a simple but meaningful idea: to build an online betting platform that truly understands the needs, habits, and preferences of Malaysian users. Not a platform translated from another language and reskinned, but something that feels built from within by people who know what Malaysians want.
Since our founding in 2019, u99 has grown from a small platform into one of the most popular online betting destinations in the region. This growth did not happen by chance – it is the result of a sustained commitment to listening to user feedback, improving the product, and delivering a better experience every day.
Today, over one million registered members trust u99 for their sports betting, Live Casino, slots, and esports activities. We take that trust seriously — every decision made by the u99 team always starts with one question: is this the best outcome for our users?
U99 operates under an official licence issued by a recognised international regulatory body. This means all our operations – from processing deposits and withdrawals to game fairness – are subject to strict periodic audits and inspections. Users can play with peace of mind knowing that every match, every slot spin, and every sports bet runs fairly.
Technology team u99 consists of experienced engineers who specialise in building high-performance systems for the financial and digital entertainment industries. Our platform uses distributed cloud infrastructure that ensures response times of under 200ms even during peak traffic such as major football matches.
To provide the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable betting platform in Malaysia — with user experience at the heart of every decision we make.
To become the leading platform of choice for digital betting entertainment in Southeast Asia, recognised for trust, innovation, and commitment to responsible use.
Transparency in every transaction. Fairness in every game. Speed in every withdrawal. Security in every login. These are the four pillars behind everything we do at u99.
From account security to deposit convenience, every aspect of u99 is built with Malaysian users as the top priority.

U99 bonuses are designed with fair and realistic wagering requirements. We don't hide terms that let us reject withdrawals — all conditions are stated clearly and transparently from the start.
The u99 app for Android and iOS earned a 4.8/5 rating from over 20,000 user reviews. Built with speed, ease of navigation, and a seamless live betting experience as top priorities.
Five years of growth, challenges, and milestones that prove a homegrown platform can compete at the highest level.
U99 believes betting should be entertainment – something enjoyable that does not cause stress. That is why we have invested seriously in responsible wagering tools that allow users to take control of their own experience.
More than just a platform, u99 is a community. Our official Telegram group has over 80,000 active members sharing match analysis, betting tips, and promotional opportunities every day. This community has become an invaluable source of information — and we're proud to be the catalyst for those conversations.
The best platform cannot exist without a dedicated team. Behind u99 are real people – Malaysians – who come to work every day with one goal: to make your experience better.
We never rest on our laurels. Even though u99 has achieved many proud milestones over the past five years, our team is always looking ahead with a long list of improvements currently in development.
We are in the process of integrating more local e-wallet and online banking options to ensure every Malaysian has a payment method that suits their financial habits. The priority is convenience and speed — because we know nothing is more frustrating than a slow deposit or a complicated withdrawal process.
New app version u99 released every two to four weeks. Each update brings at least several improvements based on direct user feedback. We read every review and consider every suggestion – and this is not just rhetoric, it is visible in the changelog of every new version.
Esports is one of the fastest-growing segments in Malaysia, especially among younger audiences. u99 is committed to becoming the country's most comprehensive esports betting platform, with plans to add more game titles and dedicated esports betting markets in the near future.
The u99 VIP Programme has already received an outstanding response. We are developing a more personalised rewards system – where benefits and prizes are tailored to each VIP member's individual activity patterns, not a one-size-fits-all formula.
One thing that will never change, no matter where we are headed u99 growing: our commitment to Malaysian users remains the compass guiding every decision we make.
