Many people assume that registration is complicated or time-consuming. The truth is, creating a u99 account is easier than ordering food online. Follow this detailed guide to ensure your account is successfully set up and no bonus is missed.
You can click the "Register" button in the top navbar or the "Register Now" button found throughout the u99 website. All these buttons lead to the same registration page.
Enter your preferred username (6–15 characters), an active Malaysia mobile number, a valid email address, and a strong password. If you have a referral code from a friend, enter it in the field provided to receive an additional bonus.
A one-time verification code (OTP) will be sent to your phone number within seconds. Enter the 6-digit code to verify your identity. If you do not receive the OTP within 60 seconds, click "Resend".
U99 will send a verification email to the address you registered. Click the link in that email to verify your email address. This step keeps your account more secure and makes account recovery easier if needed.
Log in to your new account, go to the Deposit page and select your preferred payment method. A minimum deposit of RM 20 is all it takes to get started. Your welcome bonus will be credited automatically once your first deposit is successful.
To enable unlimited withdrawals, complete the KYC process by submitting a copy of your ID. This is typically completed within 24 hours. KYC only needs to be done once for the lifetime of your account.

If this is your first time registering for an online betting platform account, it's perfectly normal to feel a little uncertain. Many questions may come to mind – is this platform safe? What if something goes wrong? Is the withdrawal process straightforward? These are all valid concerns, and we'll address every one of them here.
u99 has been operating for years and trusted by over a million active users across Malaysia. The platform is licensed under a recognized international regulatory body, meaning our operations are subject to regular audits and strict security compliance standards. This is not merely a claim – it can be verified through the license information displayed at the footer of every page on our platform.
One question new members frequently ask is about the security of their personal information. At u99, we use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data communications, which is the same standard used by leading banking institutions. Your bank card numbers, personal information, and transaction records are never stored in a readable format – everything is encrypted and protected.
Many players are also concerned about withdrawals – can the money actually be withdrawn? The answer is yes, and the process is simpler than you might expect. Once your KYC is complete, withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes directly to your bank account or e-wallet. No hidden fees, no unnecessary delays. This is one of the main reasons u99 has earned a strong reputation among experienced players in Malaysia.
If you're just getting started, we recommend using your welcome bonus wisely. Don't rush to play all your bonuses at once – take time to understand the rollover requirements clearly stated on each promotion. The u99 support team, available 24/7, is always ready to help if you have any questions about claiming or using your bonus.
Finally, we'd like to remind you that u99 is an adult entertainment platform. Bet responsibly means only using money you can afford to lose, setting personal time and deposit limits, and never betting to "chase" losses. If you or someone you know needs help with a betting problem, our Responsible Gaming page provides useful resources and guidance.
The u99 support team is available to assist you throughout the registration process 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reach us via live chat in the app or on the website.
